Our Commercial Services
Expert dustless sanding tailored for commercial spaces.
Repairs & Preparation
Preparation is the most important stage in commercial floor sanding. We understand that repairs in commercial environments must be extremely durable and safe, particularly in high-traffic public spaces. We use WAKOL products as part of an integrated system with LOBA, ensuring everything from subfloor preparation, DPMs, primers and repair materials through to the final finish works together as one complete system. This approach helps deliver a stronger, more reliable and longer-lasting result.
Commercial Floor Sanding
We provide professional floor sanding for commercial and public spaces across Cardiff and South Wales, including community halls, churches, golf clubs, pubs and other high-traffic venues. Using mainly Lagler equipment and PST (Premium Sanding Technology) methods, we restore worn wooden floors to a flat, consistent finish while removing only what is necessary, helping extend the lifespan of the floor.
We apply high-performance finishes designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and regular use. We mainly use LOBA systems and offer a range of options to suit different environments and budgets. Anti-slip additives can also be incorporated into the finish where required, making them suitable for public and high-use areas.
Durable Commercial Finishes
Our Commercial Floor Sanding Process
We follow a structured process to deliver a durable, safe and long-lasting finish, while working around your business or venue to minimise disruption.
1. Initial Enquiry & Advice
We start by discussing your floor, the type of venue and how the space is used. This allows us to understand durability requirements and, where possible, provide a rough guide price.
2. Site Inspection & Specification
We attend site to assess the condition of the floor, identify any repairs required and recommend the most suitable system based on usage, safety requirements and expected foot traffic.
3. Repairs & Preparation
Repairs are carried out prior to sanding where required, ensuring the floor is stable and safe. We use WAKOL products as part of an integrated system with LOBA, allowing everything from preparation through to finishing to work together for maximum durability and performance.
4. Dust-Controlled Sanding
We carry out sanding using mainly Lagler equipment and follow PST (Premium Sanding Technology) methods to achieve a flat, consistent finish suitable for commercial environments.
5. Finishing System Application
We apply commercial-grade finishes using mainly LOBA systems, selected based on durability, safety and the level of use. Anti-slip additives can be incorporated where required.
6. Maintenance & Aftercare Planning
We don’t just complete the job and leave. We can advise on ongoing maintenance, cleaning and future re-coating schedules to help you avoid premature wear and reduce the need for full re-sanding. Planned maintenance coats can significantly extend the life of your floor.
7. Scheduling & Completion
We work with you to plan the project around your operating hours where possible, helping to reduce downtime and disruption to your business or venue.
