We mainly use LOBA finishes, which can be maintained using LOBA cleaning products designed to help prolong the life of the floor and keep it looking its best.

For floors where the existing finish is becoming worn but is still largely intact, we can often carry out maintenance coats using LOBA refinishing methods without requiring a full sand back to bare wood.

This can be a cost-effective way to refresh the appearance of the floor, restore protection and delay the need for more extensive sanding work.

What products should I use to clean my wooden floor?

We mainly recommend LOBA cleaning products for floors finished with LOBA systems, as they are designed to maintain the finish without causing damage.

Can my floor be refreshed without a full sand?

Yes, in many cases we can carry out a maintenance coat using LOBA refinishing methods where the existing finish is still in reasonable condition.

How often should wooden floors be maintained?

This depends on the level of traffic and use. Busy homes and commercial environments may benefit from maintenance every few years to help avoid a full re-sand.
